The Warsaw HUB has gained a new tenant. Employees of the medical corporation Sol-Millennium will move into the capital's office building.
Founded in 2010, Sol-Millennium, which distributes medical equipment and develops new solutions, has signed an office lease agreement at The Warsaw HUB. More than 400 sqm of office space will be available for the medical concern's employees. The Warsaw headquarters will provide better connectivity with the company's other offices located around the world, including those in Shanghai, Brazil and Switzerland.
The Warsaw HUB is a complex of three buildings located in the capital, offering a total of around 110,000 sqm of multifunctional space. One of the towers, 86 meters high, houses a hotel, while the other two, each reaching 130 meters high, offer office space. The Warsaw complex is connected by a five-story podium, and tenants also have a four-level underground parking garage and bicycle parking spaces.
