The Wspólna 47/49 office building has been sold. The building went into the hands of Yareal

There has been a change in the ownership of Warsaw's Wspólna 47/49 office building. The building has been sold by CA Immo to Yareal.

The Wspólna 47/49 office building in Warsaw was previously owned by CA Immo. However, the company has decided to maintain its capital turnover and focus mainly on larger investments. The recently signed agreement for the sale of the office building put it in the hands of another company. As of now, the new owner of the Warsaw building is Yareal Polska.

Wspólna 47/49 is an office building reaching eight stories and providing the local market with about 7,200 sqm of leasable space. The modern building also has an underground parking lot that will accommodate almost 130 vehicles. An additional advantage of the building is its attractive location in the city center, which provides very good communication with other parts of Warsaw, and the presence of many retail, service and catering outlets.
