Standard Chartered Bank has chosen Warsaw's The Warsaw Hub complex as its new headquarters. The new tenant will occupy nearly 7,000 sqm of office space in the facility.
Standard Chartered is an international bank headquartered in London. Now the company has opened a new office in Warsaw, where about 1,000 employees will occupy nearly 7,000 sqm. in one of the buildings of the modern complex The Warsaw Hub. The company's Warsaw branch will deal with, among other things, financial crime prevention and online security issues.
The Warsaw Hub is a complex of three buildings, two of which rise to a height of 130 meters and one of which is 85 meters high, and provides the market with about 110,000 sq m of modern leasable space. The complex also has a number of amenities for tenants, including a four-level parking lot, located underground, and bicycle parking spaces. The building is also connected to the subway station at Daszyńskiego Roundabout, and the common areas of the buildings include retail, service and catering establishments.
