A huge deal in the Warsaw office market. The main tenant of The Warsaw Hub complex has decided to buy the entire building. The buildings have gone into the hands of Google Polska.
Google Polska is the largest tenant in Warsaw's The Warsaw Hub complex, where it occupies more than 20,000 sqm of office space. The company recently decided to buy the entire building, including the underground and retail areas. The sale of the complex is the largest single office transaction in the history of the Polish market. The sale agreement is estimated at nearly €583 million.
The Warsaw Hub is an office complex consisting of three buildings. Two of them rise to a height of 130 meters, while the third rises to 85 meters. In total, the buildings offer their tenants about 110,000 sq m of leasable space. In addition, the facility has parking spaces spread over four levels of underground parking and extensive bicycle infrastructure. Moreover, the facility is directly connected to the nearest subway station.
