Three office buildings of Lodz's Fuzja mixed-use complex will soon become the property of KGAL Group. Echo Investment has signed a preliminary sales agreement for more than 56 million euros.
A preliminary agreement for the sale of three office buildings in Lodz was recently signed. Echo Investment, which until now owned the buildings in the Fusion complex, has sold the office buildings still under construction to the KGAL Group. The transaction amounted to more than 56 million euros and involved about 22,000 sq. m. of workspace.
Fuzja is a Lodz-based complex of mixed-use buildings. It includes space for office premises, which reaches about 40,000 sqm, as well as retail, restaurant and residential space. There are above-ground and underground parking spaces available to tenants. The entire complex will be complemented by green areas and relaxation zones around the building. The architectural design of the complex was created by the medusa group studio.
