The next phase of the LIXA project in Warsaw is launched

Construction has begun on two more office buildings in downtown Warsaw. The construction concerns buildings belonging to the LIXA Complex, which will offer another 29,000 sqm of leasable space.

A major investment in the center of Warsaw, for which Yareal is responsible, is under way. A contractor for two more office buildings from the LIXA Complex has just been selected, FineTech Construction. This phase of the investment is expected to deliver about 29,000 sqm of leasable space to the local market. Another office building from the complex, LIXA C, was recently commissioned.

LIXA is a Warsaw complex of buildings located in the center of Warsaw and characterized by low-rise buildings. All elements of the development are expected to be ready in late 2023 and early 2024. Tenants of the building will be able to use underground parking spaces and electric car charging stations. There will also be facilities for cyclists, and the investment is rich in environmentally friendly solutions. A pedestrian mall called LIXA City Gardens has been located between the buildings, where cafes, stores and service establishments will be located.
