After 10 years, Warsaw's Public Transport Authority is changing its headquarters. The PZO Factory complex has been chosen as the new location.
The Public Transport Authority (ZTM) will move into the Fabryka PZO complex, having leased offices, service and storage space there. For the past 10 years, the ZTM headquarters was located on Zelazna Street. Its change was prompted by the unsuitable layout of the premises, as well as a lack of sufficient storage and parking space. The move is planned for the end of 2021.
The PZO Factory complex is located at 316 Grochowska Street in Warsaw. Located on the site of the pre-war Polish Optical Works, the building offers about 8,000 sqm of leasable office space. The building also includes retail and service units, underground parking spaces and a terrace located on the roof.
