The construction of the Hanza Tower skyscraper in Szczecin has come to an end. The building, 10 years after the start of the investment, is ready, and the occupancy permit is expected to be issued later this year.
The construction of Szczecin's Hanza Tower project - a modern skyscraper, the construction of which began in 2011 - has come to an end. The building is the tallest building in the city and is expected to receive a use permit later this year, which will allow future tenants to move in.
Hanza Tower is a Szczecin skyscraper that provides a variety of rental space for future tenants. Among other things, it contains about 3,000 sqm of office space, 6,000 sqm of space for retail and service units, and nearly 500 apartment units. In addition, underground parking spaces for cars and infrastructure for cyclists are available to tenants. Attractions of the building include a spa present on the second floor and an observation deck on the top floor of the skyscraper.
