The former Pharmacy building in Wroclaw has become an office building. The completion of the L'Uni investment

The former Medical Academy building has undergone redevelopment and revitalization. The former Pharmacy building was renovated for two years to become a modern office building. The first tenants will move in already in autumn.

The reconstruction and revitalization of the former Farmacy building in Wroclaw has come to an end. The building, which until now was part of the Medical Academy, is now changing its function. The building has become an office building called L'UNI and finishing works are currently underway. It is expected that the first tenants of the new office building will move in as early as fall 2022.

L'UNI is an office building located in Wrocław's Old Town. The freshly remodeled building provides tenants with more than 3,600 sqm of Class A office space. In addition to work spaces, the building also has service units and conference rooms. In addition, the roof of the office building was glazed and covered with a gradient print. General contracting was handled by Oz-Bud.
