BAE Systems, which deals with cyber security and digital transformation issues, and Locotranssped, a company specializing in refrigerated road transport, have joined the ranks of tenants at Malta Office Park in Poznań. BAE Systems currently occupies 1,264 square meters of office space, and will expand its space to 2,475 square meters after signing the new agreement. It currently employs 170 consultants, but the company's management has plans for a 50 percent increase in staff by the end of 2018. Locotranssped, meanwhile, is to occupy a space of 546 square meters on the second floor of Building D. Malta Office Park is a complex of six Class A buildings that feature raised technical floors and suspended ceilings. The advantage of the complex is its convenient location, on one of Poznań's main arteries, as well as the friendly environment of companies from various industries. Malta Office Park has become the headquarters of such companies as IKEA, Roche and McKinsey EMEA.
