Work is underway on Warsaw's P180 office building, an investment by Skanska. A symbolic topping out has been hung on the building, which means it has reached its target height.

Good news for Skanska. The investor can celebrate the hanging of the symbolic topping out on the P180 office building in Warsaw. The building has already reached its target height and construction work has been completed. Type thus begins the final stage of the project, which started in September 2020. As expected, the P180 office building will be completed in September this year.

P180 is a modern office building under construction at 180 Pulawska Street in Warsaw. The height of the building reaches 55 meters. The office building will provide approximately 32,000 sqm of leasable space to the local market. In addition, it offers its tenants above-ground parking spaces and a number of facilities for cyclists. The building is also LEED and WELL certified. The architectural design was created by PRC Architekci studio.
