Sollers Consulting with new office in Officina, Gdansk, Poland

Sollers Consulting has become a new tenant of the Officyna office building in Gdansk. The company has taken over 1,000 sqm of the building's space.

Sollers Consulting is a company supporting financial groups including Allianz, BNP Paribas, ING and AXA. It provides business consulting with a specialty in software implementation. Now the company has decided to create its new office in the Officyna office building in Gdansk for 90 new employees, who will occupy more than 1,000 sqm of the building's space. Over time, Sollers Consulting plans to expand its Gdansk team with new specialists.

Officyna is a complex of two five-story office buildings with a total leasable area of more than 12,000 sqm. The first floor of the building includes retail and service units, while the top floor houses a green terrace. Additional amenities for tenants include above- and underground parking spaces for cars and infrastructure for cyclists. The building also features a number of environmentally friendly solutions, which has been awarded LEED Gold certification.
