Good news for investor Polski Holding Nieruchomości. The Skysawa skyscraper in Warsaw has just received a use permit and its sole tenant, PKO Bank Polski, will move in in the first half of 2023.
PKO Bank Polski will soon have a new headquarters in Warsaw. The Skysawa skyscraper, owned by investor Polski Holding Nieruchomości, which will be fully occupied by the bank's employees, has just been commissioned. Construction of the office building began at the end of the first half of 2019, and the structure reached its target height two years later. Porr was chosen as the general contractor, the architectural design of the skyscraper belonged to Projekt Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury.
Skysawa is a Warsaw office skyscraper that reaches a height of 155 meters. It has 40 floors above ground and provides the local market with about 35,000 sqm of space, all of which has been leased by PKO Bank Polski. The building is connected to the Rondo ONZ subway station. The building has received an Outstanding rating in the BREEAM Interim and BREEAM Final certificates. In addition, there are above- and below-ground parking spaces and bicycle facilities available to tenants.
