Sky Tower skyscraper with new manager

A change in the manager of Wrocław's modern Sky Tower skyscraper. From now on, the building will be under the care of Savills.

Internal changes at Wrocław's well-known Sky Tower skyscraper. Investor Adventum Group, which bought the office building in March this year, has chosen a new manager for its building. From now on, the building will be under the care of Savills.

Sky Tower is a modern, multifunctional skyscraper located in Warsaw on Powstańców Śląskich Street. The skyscraper reaches as high as 212 meters. For the local market, the building provides about 30,000 sqm of office space and about 24,000 sqm of space for retail and residential units. The 49th floor of the building features a unique observation deck. There are many amenities available to tenants, including environmentally friendly solutions, underground parking spaces and bicycle infrastructure.
