Silesia Business Park fully in hands of Philippine ISOC group

The two remaining buildings of the Silesia Business Park complex located in Upper Silesia have been sold. As of now, the entire complex belongs to the Philippine ISOC Group.

The Silesia Business Park office complex has been fully purchased by the Philippine ISOC Group. Initially in 2018, the investor took possession of buildings C and D, but now it has purchased the last two office buildings of the complex, namely A and B. As a result, ISOC now has nearly 50,000 sqm of leasable space.

The Silesia Business Park complex is a facility located on Chorzowska Street in Katowice. It consists of four office buildings with a total leasable area of about 50,000 sqm of modern office space. The complex has been awarded the LEED certificate, which confirms the use of many nature- and people-friendly solutions. In addition, the facility offers its tenants plenty of parking spaces for cars and infrastructure for cyclists. The hallmark of the complex's buildings is a tri-color façade created from horizontal stripes.
