Sennder's headquarters in Wroclaw expands

One of the tenants in Wrocław's Centrum Południe office complex has decided to increase the amount of work space it occupies. In total, the sennder company will have about 2,500 sqm of office space.

The sennder company moved into Wrocław's Centrum Południe office building early last year. At that time, a lease was signed for more than 1,200 sqm of work space. Recently, the company decided to expand its office with additional space. For this reason, sennder has leased an additional floor in one of the office buildings and thus the headquarters will increase its space by more than 1,300 sqm. The company is constantly expanding its team and plans to create more jobs.

Centrum Południe is a modern, multifunctional Wrocław complex located in the Krzyki district on Powstańców Śląskich Street. The office park is adjacent to the exceptionally recognizable Sky Tower building. The complex includes five buildings, which together provide the local market with approximately 85,000 sqm of total space. Tenants have above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle amenities, electric vehicle charging stations, as well as green areas around the building and terraces.
