Wroclaw's Carbon Tower office building has gained a new tenant. The Selsey company has decided to lease an office in the building.
Selsey is one of the largest furniture and decoration retailers in Poland. It started its operations in 2013, when it also launched an online store. It currently employs more than 200 people. It sells its furniture in almost all of Europe, with its main markets being the UK, France, Germany and Poland.
The furniture retailer has decided to rent an office in Wroclaw's Carbon Tower building. Selsey's new headquarters will be located on the 11th floor of the office building and will occupy 930 sqm of space.
Carbon Tower is a 15-story office building that provides the market with approximately 19,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition to office space, it also offers retail and service units, as well as 370 underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists. After Selsey leases the office, the building's commercialization will reach more than 80 percent.
