Katowice's office market has added additional office space. The second office building from the .KTW complex has just been completed.
Good news for investor TDJ Estate. A state-of-the-art .KTW II office building has just been commissioned, with construction starting in 2019. The building has successfully passed the inspection of the State Fire Department and the State Sanitary Inspection. Now the finishing touches are still being put on the lease space, and the first company to move into the building will be PwC Service Delivery Center, which will occupy as many as nine floors in the facility. The .KTW II office building already boasts BREEAM Interim Design Stage certification at the Excellent level.
The .KTW II office building is a modern skyscraper that reaches 133 meters in height, making it the tallest building in the Upper Silesia Metropolitan Area. Together with the .KTW I building, they form an office complex that provides the local market with about 58,000 sqm of workspace and 3,700 sqm of space for retail and service establishments. The complex was built on the site of the now demolished former headquarters of the District Railway Directorate.
