Ringier Axel Springer Polska, which is one of the leading publishers in the digital market in Poland, has acquired a new headquarters. The Kraków office building V.OFFICES has been chosen for it, where the publisher, which has brands such as Fakt, Newsweek, Forbes and Onet.pl in its portfolio, has leased more than 4,300 sq. m. of space. The company will move into the building in the middle of the year.
Krakow's V.OFFICES is a modern A-class office building located on 29 Listopada Avenue. The building offers 21,400 sqm of modern office space for lease. Tenants will have underground parking spaces, bicycle racks and showers for cyclists, and charging stations for electric cars. V.OFFICES also boasts the highest Outstanding rating in the BREAAM scheme, which confirms the building's high environmental performance.
