The construction of the Hanza Tower skyscraper in Szczecin, which lasted more than 10 years, has ended. The construction of the project began in 2011 and was not without some serious problems that significantly delayed the construction. In 2018, however, work on the building accelerated and, as a result, the building has already been put into operation.
Hanza Tower is a Szczecin-based mixed-use skyscraper by developer J. W. Construction. The building reaches 104 meters in height, which translates into 30 floors. The building offers multifunctional spaces, including for residential, office and retail units. In addition, the building has parking spaces for cars and bicycles on three underground floors. In addition, an observation deck has been created on the roof of the skyscraper, with an area of about 200 sqm.
