Work is underway on Wrocław's Infinity development. The three-level underground part of the office building is ready, and work is currently underway on the construction of the above-ground part.
Construction of the Infinity investment in Wroclaw has been progressing as planned since the first quarter of 2021. Construction of the underground part of the office building, which has three floors, has just been completed. Masonry and finishing works are currently underway there. Above-ground construction of the building at the first floor level has also begun. According to plans, one floor of the office building will be built every six weeks.
The Infinity office building is being constructed in Wroclaw on Jana Pawla II Street. The building will rise to a height of seven stories and provide the local market with more than 18,700 sqm of Class A office space. In addition, the building will provide space for retail and service establishments. A three-level garage hall will provide space for more than 300 cars. The building will also have extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The roof of the office building will be used for extensive terraces.
