Construction of a mixed-use development in Wroclaw is still underway. One of the buildings of the Quorum complex has already reached its target height, and work on the next, the tallest, has just begun.
The development of the Quorum multifunctional facility is being built in Wroclaw in stages. Work on the next one, the Quorum D building reaching its target height, has just been completed. The office building is expected to be ready for use in the second quarter of next year. At the same time, construction has begun on the next, this time the tallest building in the complex, which will reach 140 meters in height.
Quorum D is a building that is part of a larger Wroclaw complex. The office building offers about 16,000 sqm of office space. In addition, the building also provides space for retail and food and beverage establishments. There are parking spaces available for tenants, which will accommodate more than 280 cars, and a green patio at the facility. The office building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
