The PZU Group will have its new headquarters in one of the buildings of the Generation Park office complex. This is a record-breaking transaction for both Skanska, which owns the building, and the Polish office market.
A major new tenant will move into Skanska's office building. The PZU Group, which operates in the insurance market, will have its headquarters in Building Y of the Generation Park complex. The company has decided to sign a lease for as much as 47,000 sqm of multifunctional space. The Polish insurer will also have over 300 parking spaces at its disposal. The new tenant will move into the building in the second quarter of 2022. The signed agreement is the biggest success and lease record for both Skanska and the Polish office market. The agreement has also significantly impacted the commercialization level of the building, which has already reached over 98 percent.
Warsaw's Generation Park complex is located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout. It consists of three buildings that offer a total of about 80,000 sqm of space. The Generation Park Y office building rises to a height of 140 meters, earning it the title of Skanska's tallest building not only in Poland, but also in Central and Eastern Europe. A unique attraction of the building is the green terrace located at 127 meters of the skyscraper, from which it will be possible to admire the extraordinary panorama of the city, as well as the green wall located in the lobby.
