Pratia medical facility in Ocean Office Park complex in Kraków, Poland

One of the office buildings in Krakow's Ocean Office Park complex has become the new headquarters for the medical facility of the Pratia network of clinical research centers. The new tenant will occupy nearly 2,000 sqm of space.

The first finished office building of the Ocean Office Park complex has become the new headquarters of Pratia, which has been present on the Kraków market for 20 years. It is a network of clinical research centers, which has moved its current facility to the Ocean Office Park A building, where it will occupy about 2,000 sqm of first-floor space.

Ocean Office Park is a Krakow-based complex of buildings being developed in four phases. The first of these, the Ocean Office Park A building, offers more than 7,000 sqm of leasable space. The building in its entirety will provide the local market with approximately 53,000 sqm of workspace. In addition, above- and underground parking spaces are available to tenants, and there is plenty of green space around the building.
