Podium Park with new certificate

Podium Park is located on Jana Pawla II Street in Krakow and has recently been BREEAM-certified. The complex of three office buildings has nearly 65,000 square meters of leasable space. The buildings have 11 floors, reflecting modernity. The complex is complemented by a fitness club, which is used by more and more employees who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Podium Investment sp.z.o.o. is the developer of the arrangement, and in July 2018 the first phase of Podium Park, building A, will be completed. Green areas with a total area of 5,000 square meters will also be built next to it.
