A modern, multifunctional Quorum complex is under construction in Wroclaw. As part of the investment, green terraces available to all interested parties will be created in a patio common to the two buildings.

Wrocław's Quorum complex is one of the most anticipated investments. Its realization will provide the local market with multifunctional, modern space. According to the latest plans, green terraces will be created in the middle of the patio shared by the two buildings. They will be located on the fourth floor and will be accessible to all visitors.

Quorum is a Wroclaw-based complex of four buildings that will provide about 100,000 sqm of multifunctional space to the local market. The facility will include office, residential and retail and service spaces. Tenants will be provided with above- and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure. There is an observation deck on the 35th floor of the office tower. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
