Development company Cavatina has just bought a plot of land for the development of the next stages of the Quorum mixed-use complex. The transaction reached a net value of PLN 95 million and involved a site on the banks of the Oder River.
Subsequent investment stages of the Quorum multifunctional complex will be carried out on the newly purchased plot of land right on the bank of the Oder River. Development company Cavatina, which is responsible for the construction of the facility, made the transaction amounting to PLN 95 million net and is now in possession of the land on which the next two buildings of the complex will be built. The site's location on the riverfront is conducive to the developer's additional investment, which is a boulevard with relaxation zones and food and beverage establishments.
Quorum is a multifunctional complex located on Sikorskiego Street in Wroclaw, which will consist of four buildings of various character. The complex will offer both office space, which will amount to about 69,000 sqm, as well as residential and commercial space. The residential part will offer 330 apartments ready for rent. Tenants will also have underground parking spaces at their disposal. The building will also have extensive green terraces and a public patio.
