A new tenant moved into one of the office buildings in the Neopark complex at the end of last year. Play has occupied almost the entire building B of the Warsaw office complex with its headquarters.
One of Poland's largest cell phone networks has changed its headquarters. Play decided to move to the modern Neopark complex in Warsaw at the end of 2020, occupying about 11,000 sqm of Building B, almost all the space available in it. The mobile network has thus become the largest tenant in the already fully commercialized campus.
The new tenants moved into the Neopark office complex, which consists of two buildings rising five stories high and located on Cybernetyki and Wynalazek streets. The campus has delivered some 24,000 sqm of high-end space to the Warsaw office market. The building is distinguished by its particular use of solutions designed to favor people and nature, such as a green courtyard with bicycle paths. It also has many amenities for tenants, such as underground and above-ground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists. The entire development has been awarded a BREEAM certificate of Excellent.
