PKO Bank Polski has decided to carry out the largest transaction in the Warsaw commercial real estate market in the last several months. The leader among financial groups in Poland has decided to lease the entire office building in the Skysawa complex. From now on, the tenant will have about 35,000 sqm of working space at its disposal in the 155-meter-high SKYSAWA A building, also known as Sky. The bank's employees are expected to move into their new headquarters in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Skysawa is a combination of two buildings located on Swietokrzyska Street in Warsaw. The building provides tenants with approximately 35,000 sqm of office space. A number of amenities are also at their disposal, such as underground parking spaces for cars, special infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles.
