Warsaw's My Place complex will become the headquarters for an international pharmaceutical company. Boehringer Ingelheim will move into one of the buildings in the fourth quarter of this year.
Boehringer Ingelheim is an international pharmaceutical company with a long tradition. It has been in business since 1885 and has been present in Poland since 1990. It was originally a family-owned business, but now the company has about 52,000 employees and is engaged in breakthrough therapies for humans and animals. It recently decided to open a new office in Warsaw. It has chosen the modern Moje Miejsce complex as its headquarters, where it will occupy about 1,300 sqm of office space.
Moje Miejsce is a modern development in Warsaw by Echo Investment. The complex consists of two office buildings and five residential buildings. It delivers a total of about 34,000 sqm of workspace to the local market. Tenants have above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle amenities at their disposal.
