Three stages of Warsaw's Bohemia have been sold to AFI Europe by Okam Capital. However, the new owner of the buildings has left Okam to carry out the investment as previously planned.
Three stages of Warsaw's Bohema development, D, E and F, were sold in October. Developer Okam Capital signed an agreement under which AFI Europe is the new owner of these parts of the complex. Despite the sale, Okam will still remain the developer of the investment and plans for the direction of the redevelopment of the building will not change.
Bohema is a unique Warsaw development, with plans to revitalize the 19th-century historic post-factory buildings and add new buildings in their vicinity. The complex will be a multifunctional building that stands out from other Warsaw buildings. It will include office spaces, as well as residential, retail and cultural spaces. The investment plan calls for preserving and combining historic buildings with modern elements. To date, the first phase of the investment, part A of the Bohema building, has been completed.
