Three office buildings that are part of the Lodz Fusion have changed hands. The buildings, with a total area of 22,000 sqm, were sold for more than 56 million euros and now belong to KGAL Group.
A deal was recently signed in Lodz to sell part of one of the city's most interesting buildings. Three buildings of the multifunctional Fusion complex have changed hands. Until now they belonged to Echo Investment, but from now on they belong to KGAL Group. The sale agreement amounted to more than 56 million euros, and about 22,000 sqm of leasable space, which is already fully commercialized, has been placed in the hands of the new owner.
Fusion is a multifunctional complex of modern buildings under construction in Lodz, being built on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory. The facility is being built on an area of almost 8 hectares and will offer not only space for offices, but also residential, retail and food and beverage.
