Warsaw's P180 office building was the first building in this part of Europe to use low-carbon concrete for its construction. This reduced the level of carbon dioxide required for its production by as much as 42%. The office building itself uses a number of environmentally friendly solutions, which are reflected in real numbers. The building's managers emphasize that its energy consumption is 48% lower than that of a standard office building of this type. What's more, during the year, the technology used in the building saves nearly 4 million water and reduces CO2 emissions by more than 3,900 tons.
As a testament to this, the office building received LEED Core & Shell certification at the platinum level.
