Shortly after the completion of both buildings of the City Forum complex, a new tenant moved into the City 2 office building. Wroclaw-based operator Orange has chosen the building for its new office.
Shortly after the completion of the process of obtaining an occupancy permit for the City 2 office building, a new tenant moved into the building. One of Poland's largest telecommunications operators, Orange, has created its new office there. The service provider has leased about 2,300 sqm of space for its new headquarters in one of the buildings in Wroclaw's City Forum complex. In addition to the Orange operator, Notus Finanse, Epam Systems and Ten Square Games, among others, have their offices in the complex.
The City 2 office building is one of two buildings that are part of the larger City Forum complex. The building is located on Traugutta Street in Wroclaw and was granted an occupancy permit that year. The complex provides approximately 24,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. The City 2 office building was awarded LEED Gold certification even before the completion of the project. There is underground car parking and bicycle facilities for tenants.
