One of the High5ive buildings in the hands of Stena Real Estate BV

Another building from developer Skanska's portfolio has been sold. This time, the sales agreement was for one of the office buildings forming part of the High5ive complex in Krakow, which went to Stena Real Estate BV.

Developer Skanska is selling another office building that is being constructed in Krakow as part of the larger High5ive complex. This is the third phase of the development, which is expected to be ready later this year. This is another building that has gone to the international company Stena Real Estate BV. Previously, two Wroclaw office buildings from the Centrum Południe complex fell into its hands.

Krakow's High5ive is a modern complex of multifunctional buildings, the location of which was chosen for its proximity to Galeria Krakowska and the Old Town. The Main Railway Station is also nearby, providing excellent transportation. The entire building offers tenants about 70,000 sqm of leasable space. At their disposal are underground parking spaces and an extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The complex has been awarded the WELL certificate.
