OmniOffice offers serviced offices in Grzybowska Park

Serviced office operator OmniOffice has leased the entire fourth floor of the Grzybowska Park office building, located in the very center of Warsaw and owned by the Deka Immobilien fund.

The innovative office building on Grzybowska Street, located in downtown Warsaw, has acquired a new tenant. Grzybowska Park has expanded its offer to include serviced offices of the operator OmniOffice, which has leased an entire floor of 1,400 square meters. OmniOffice is a business center that offers companies the opportunity to rent ready-to-use office offices (so-called serviced offices) along with reception services, conference rooms, individual workstations and virtual offices on flexible terms. The company has been operating since 2013, and the new premises on Grzybowska Street will be its sixth facility on the capital's map.

Future tenants of OmniOffice at Grzybowska Park will have full access to all the amenities of the office building. In addition to offices, the building features relaxation areas, café spaces, underground parking and infrastructure for bicycle enthusiasts.

Grzybowska Park is a small office building located in the city center, offering 10,370 square meters of modern office space. The reception area, lobby and restrooms were modernized in 2020.
