Olawska Gate office building construction nearing completion

A new office building will soon be available on the map of Wroclaw. The final work is currently underway on the Brama Oławska building, which is expected to be ready this fall.

Brama Oławska is a modern office building awaiting many future tenants. Work on the development has already reached the final stage. The area around the building is also being put in order. Work on the facade will also be completed soon. The building is distinguished by a special suspension of five floors on columns.

The Brama Oławska building rises to a height of 7 floors above ground. They provide about 14,000 sqm of leasable space. The building has a three-level garage hall, which can accommodate about 140 cars. The facade of the development perfectly matches the style of the neighboring buildings. The construction of the office building belonged to Warbud. According to plans, the investment will also receive BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
