The Nowogrodzka Square office building has found a new owner. Yareal has signed a contract for the sale of the building with a French fund owned by Amundi Real Estate.
More changes on the Warsaw office market. The modern class A office building Nowogrodzka Square has been sold. The previous owner of the building was Yareal, for which it was a flagship investment. The building went into the hands of a French fund managed by Amundi Rel Estate.
Nowogrodzka Square is a modern Class A office building that provides approximately 11,000 sqm of workspace, which is spread over 7 floors. It was put into operation in 2018. The first floor of the building includes retail and service units. On the highest floor of the building there is a terrace with an exceptional view of the Warsaw skyline. In addition, there are underground parking spaces for 140 cars, charging stations for electric vehicles and extensive bicycle infrastructure available to tenants. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
