Not just offices at Ocean Office Park in Krakow

The Ocean Office Park complex, which is owned by Cavatina Holding, has received permission to develop the residential part. Construction of the eight-story building will begin soon.

Ocean Office Park is a multifunctional office complex that will eventually include various types of commercial space. The first building on the list, Ocean Office Park A, has already been commissioned, providing more than 28,000 sqm of space to the local market. Now Cavatina Holding has obtained permission for another building, this time with a residential function, where nearly 130 units will be built.

Ocean Office Park is a modern, multifunctional complex of high-end buildings. Ultimately, it will consist of three buildings. The first office building was recently completed and provided more than 28,000 sqm of space. The building offers its tenants underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists. The complex boasts BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.
