Scandinavian SEB Bank will lease an office in Warsaw's Norblin Factory complex. Its headquarters will have 3,300 sqm of space.
SEB Bank is a Scandinavian financial institution whose operations began in 1856. In Sweden and the Baltics it conducts universal banking activities, while in the rest of Scandinavia, as well as in Germany and the UK, it focuses primarily on corporate and institutional banking. In Poland, the bank is mainly engaged in providing banking services to its corporate clients from its home markets.
The company has decided to lease an office in Warsaw's Norblin Factory complex. Its branch will be located on the entire seventh floor of Building B, where it will occupy 3,000 sqm of space.
The Fabryka Norblin complex is located on Żelazna Street in Warsaw's Wola district. It will provide approximately 40,000 sqm of office space to the market. The building will also offer premises with entertainment, cultural, gastronomic and retail functions, as well as 720 parking spaces located in a 3-level underground parking lot. The complex will be completed in the third quarter of 2021.
