Gdansk's Neon office building has a new office offering for its tenants. One of the building's floors is already home to flexible offices from operator New Work.
New Work is a provider of modern flexible office space in Central and Eastern Europe. Offices of this operator are already located in three other Polish cities: in Warsaw, Krakow and Lodz, and now Gdansk has joined them. About 4,000 sqm of flexible office space has already been launched in the Neon office building on the 4th floor, which is used by Axbit, among others.
Neon is a Gdansk office building and also the final stage of the Alchemia complex development. The building climbs to a height of 14 stories above ground and delivers about 34,000 sqm of office space to the market. The entire building has been awarded LEED certification at the Platinum level, which is a confirmation of the use of many ecological solutions. Tenants also have above- and below-ground parking spaces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists.
