New tenant in Wroclaw's Quorum multifunctional complex

The Quorum multifunctional building complex under construction in Wroclaw has gained a new tenant. An IT company will move into the building.

The modern Quorum building complex under construction at Sikorskiego Street in Wroclaw will have another tenant. A Polish IT company operating in the gaming industry will soon move into Building D, which is part of the multifunctional facility. The new tenant will occupy about 1,000 sqm of high-end office space in the building.

The Quorum complex is a modern, multifunctional building located in Wrocław, which includes, among others, Building D, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate. The office building climbs to a height of 6 floors above ground and offers its tenants approximately 16,000 sqm of high-end workspace. In addition, the building also provides space for retail, service and catering establishments. Attractions and amenities such as car parking and a green patio are also available to tenants.
