New tenant in Wroclaw's Business Garden complex

A new tenant will move into one of the buildings in the Business Garden Wrocław complex as early as the last quarter of this year. About 3,000 sqm of space will be occupied by Pure Biologics.

Business Garden Wroclaw will already become home to its new tenant from the biopharmaceutical market this year. Pure Biologics will move into one of the buildings and occupy more than 3,000 sqm of space. Among other things, the tenant will create specialized laboratory and technical spaces and warehouses in its new location.

Business Garden Wrocław is a building located on Legnicka Street and one of the largest office complexes in the country. It consists of as many as nine buildings, with a total area of over 110,000 sqm. The building's tenants have many amenities at their disposal, such as a medical facility, a kindergarten, bicycle infrastructure and underground parking spaces for cars. Surrounding the complex is a spacious garden with work and relaxation areas.
