New tenant in Lodz office building Stara Drukarnia

Lodz's Stara Drukarnia office building has gained a new tenant. The company Rise.pl, which itself offers modern coworking spaces and serviced offices, will have its new and first office in the city.

Rise.pl is a provider of modern office space. It offers fully equipped coworking spaces and serviced offices, rented on flexible terms. To date, the company has provided its services in Krakow and Rzeszow, but plans to continuously expand its operations. The latest lease agreement for office space in the Stara Drukarnia building will help achieve this goal. The company will occupy about 2,100 sqm of space in the office building.

Stara Drukarnia is an office building located in Lodz, at 130 Gdanska St. The building has a rich, almost 100-year history of the Military Printing House. After 2019, the building will offer about 4,500 sqm of modern office space and space for retail and service establishments. The building also provides its tenants with above-ground parking spaces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists.
