Solenis has decided to open its new office in Warsaw. It has chosen the LIXA Building complex as its headquarters, where it will occupy about 3,500 sqm of space in Office Building B.
One of the buildings that make up the LIXA complex in Warsaw has gained a new tenant. Solenis, which supplies professional chemicals and solutions to the water treatment market, will move into office building B. The tenant's new office will be almost 3,500 sqm of space on three floors of the building, where about 200 people will work.
LIXA is a Warsaw complex of buildings, the construction of which is spread over three phases. In total, the facility will provide about 75,000 sqm of Class A space. Yareal is responsible for the development, and its architectural design was created by the HRA studio. The building boasts a unique distinction - a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
