New tenant in Gdansk's Neon

One of the office buildings belonging to the Alchemia complex in Gdansk will have a new tenant. The Eastend company will move into the Neon building, where it will occupy about 700 sqm of workspace.

The list of tenants in the Neon office building in Gdansk has expanded with a new tenant. A five-year lease has just been signed with Eastend, which has been in the e-commerce business for more than 20 years. The company's employees will have almost 700 sqm of office space at their new headquarters.

Neon is a modern office building in Gdansk, which belongs to the Alchemia building complex. The building reaches 14 floors above ground, which offer about 34,000 sqm of workspace. In addition, the office building also includes space for commercial premises. Tenants can also take advantage of above- and underground parking spaces and bicycle facilities. The building has received LEED certification at the Platinum level, and the architectural design was created by APA Wojciechowski Architekci.
