The Centrum Orląt office building in Wrocław has changed its owner. The former headquarters of the Crédit Agricole company in Lower Silesia has gone into the hands of the Adventum International fund. The previous owner of the building, built in 2002, was EFL Service SA. Renovation and modernization of the office building is currently underway, thanks to which not only the interior of the building will change, but also its facade.
The Orląt Center is an office building located in Wroclaw. The nearly 20-year-old building provides the market with about 17,600 sqm of total space. The modern office building rises 12 stories high and features high-class work spaces. In addition to extremely comfortable working conditions, the office building offers its tenants underground parking spaces for cars.
