New office building to appear in Gdansk's Wrzeszcz district

A new Gravis office building will be built in Gdansk's Wrzeszcz district, an investment by Green Hills Investment. The building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.

Gravis is a modern, four-story office building that will be constructed in Gdansk on Grunwaldzka Avenue. In addition to 3,250 sqm of office space, the office building also offers future tenants an underground garage hall, high-speed elevators and space for retail and service units located on the lowest level of the building. The Gravis office building is also distinguished by its excellent location, as it is being built next to Galeria Bałtycka and Galeria Metropolia, i.e. in the very center of Gdansk.

The office building is expected to be completed in March 2022. Grupa 5 Architekci is responsible for the architectural design of the building, and the investor is Green Hills Investment.
