New office building on the map of Krakow under construction

A modern office building is under construction in Krakow at Mogilska 35, with Warimpex as the investor. The building will ultimately provide about 12,000 sqm of office space to the local market.

A new office building has recently been under construction in Krakow, an investment by Warimpex. The building has been located at 35 Mogilska Street, which is where the idea for the office building's name was taken from. Ultimately, it will provide about 12,000 sqm of high-end office space.

Mogilska 35 Office, as this is the full name of the building, is an investment that is expected to be ready in 2023. At that time, both the office part of the building and the retail and service part, which will be available on the first floor of the building, will be put into use. The total area of the building is 13,453 sqm. Tenants will also have parking spaces for more than 260 cars and extensive bicycle infrastructure. Green terraces are planned for the building's top floors.
