New office building on the map of Gdansk ready for use

Construction of the FORMAT office building in Gdansk has been completed. The building has been commissioned and finishing works are currently underway there, which means that the first tenants will soon be able to move in.

The FORMAT office building in Gdansk is an investment by Torus. The building recently received an occupancy permit, bringing an additional 16,000 sqm of leasable space to the local market. Finishing work is currently underway in the facility, after which the first tenants will be able to move into the building.

FORMAT is a Gdansk office building located on Droszyńskiego Street. It provides the local market with nearly 16,000 sqm of high-end leasable space. The building will include both office and retail and service units. Tenants will also be able to use above-ground and underground parking spaces. In addition, the facility has achieved LEED Gold pre-certification thanks to a number of environmentally and employee-friendly solutions.
